Refund & Cancellation

If a passenger fails to arrive before departure time, no refund will be provided.

To cancel or reschedule a booking, passengers must notify at least 24 hours before departure.

Cancellation fee: MVR 150 per ticket.

Date change fee: Free

No refund or date change is allowed for bookings where departure time is less than 24 hours away.

If the company cancels a trip due to operational or weather-related reasons, a full refund will be provided.

އެއްވެސް ސަބަބަކާހުރެ ފުރާ ގަޑިއަށް ހާޒިރު ނުވެއްޖެނަމަ، ޓިކެޓު ރިފަންޑު ކޮށްދެވެން ނެތްކަމުގައި ދަންނަވަމެވެ.

ބުކިން ކެންސަލް ކުރުމަށް ނުވަތަ ދަތުރުކުރާ ތާރީޙް ބަދަލުކުރަން ބޭނުންނަމަ، ދަތުރު ފެށުމަށް ހަމަޖެހިފައިވާ ވަގުތުގެ 24 ގަޑިއިރުކުރިން އެދި ހުށަހަޅަންވާނެއެވެ.

24 ގަޑިއިރަށް ވުރެ މުއްދަތު ކުރުނަމަ، ތާރީޚު ބަދަލުކޮށް ނުވަތަ ޓިކެޓަށް ދެއްކި ފައިސާ ރިފަންޑް ކޮށްދެވެން ނެތްކަމުގައި ދަންނަވަމެވެ.

އަދި އޮޕަރޭޝަނަލް ނުވަތަ މޫސުމާ ގުޅުންހުރި ސަބަބުތަކާހުރެ ދަތުރެއް ކެންސަލްކޮށްފިނަމަ ފުލް ރިފަންޑް ލިބޭނެއެވެ.
