By purchasing a ticket and using our ferry services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

All tickets are valid only for the specified date, time, and route.

Passengers must carry a valid ticket (printed or electronic) and present it upon request.

The company reserves the right to modify schedules due to weather conditions, operational requirements, or unforeseen circumstances.

The company shall not be liable for delays caused by weather, sea conditions, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.

Passengers must comply with crew instructions at all times.

The company reserves the right to refuse boarding to any passenger who:

Is under the influence of alcohol or drugs

Behaves in a disruptive or unsafe manner

Fails to comply with safety regulations

Boarding may be denied if passengers arrive late.
ޓިކެޓް ގަނެ، އަޅުގަނޑުމެންގެ ފެރީގެ ހިދުމަތް ބޭނުންކުރުމުން، ތިރީގައިވާ ޝަރުތުތަކާއި ގަވާއިދުތަކަށް އެއްބަސްވެވޭނެއެވެ.

ހުރިހާ ޓިކެޓެއް ސައްހަވާނީ ހަމައެކަނި ކަނޑައެޅިފައިވާ ތާރީހާއި ގަޑިއާއި ރޫޓަށެވެ.

ފަސިންޖަރުން ސައްހަ ޓިކެޓެއް (ޕްރިންޓް ނުވަތަ އިލެކްޓްރޯނިކް) ގެންގުޅެ، އެދިއްޖެ ނަމަ ހުށަހަޅަން ޖެހެ އެވެ.

މޫސުމުގެ ހާލަތާއި، އޮޕަރޭޝަނަލް ޝަރުތުތަކާއި، ނުވަތަ ކުރިން ލަފާނުކުރެވޭ ހާލަތްތަކުގެ ސަބަބުން ޝެޑިއުލްތަކަށް ބަދަލު ގެނައުމުގެ އިޚްތިޔާރު ކުންފުންޏަށް ލިބިގެންވެއެވެ.

މޫސުމާއި، ކަނޑުގެ ހާލަތާއި، ސަރުކާރުން ކަނޑައެޅިފައިވާ ހުރަސްތަކާއި، ނުވަތަ އެނޫންވެސް ފޯސް މެޖަރ އިވެންޓްތަކުގެ ސަބަބުން ލަސްވުމުގެ ޒިންމާ ކުންފުނިން ނުނަގާނެއެވެ.

ފަސިންޖަރުން ހުރިހާ ވަގުތެއްގައި ވެސް ކްރޫއިން ދޭ އިރުޝާދުތަކަށް ތަބާވާން ޖެހެ އެވެ.

އެއްވެސް ފަސިންޖަރަކަށް ބޯޓަށް އެރުމަށް ދެކޮޅު ހެދުމުގެ އިޚްތިޔާރު ކުންފުންޏަށް ލިބިގެންވެއެވެ.
